چکیده: هدف از انجام اين بررسي ، مطالعه و امکان سنجي احداث واحد توليد روغن زيتون است . در اين بررسي بازار فروش، واردات و صادرات ، واحد هاي فعال و در دست احداث , منابع تامين مواد اوليه و کليه ماشين الات و ساير امکانات مورد نياز براي احداث واحد به تفصيل شرح داده شده است.طبق بررسي انجام شده احداث چنين واحدي نياز به سرمايه ثابتي حدود .151 ميليارد تومان دارد و سرمايه در گردش مورد نياز برابر .411 ميليارد تومان و کل هزينه هاي توليدي سالانه برابر 7.97 ميليارد تومان است. سرمايه گذاري اوليه طرح ظرف مدت كمتر از 8 ماه برگشت مي يابد . ليكن برآورد هاي اقتصادي به شدت تابع قيمت فصلي مواد اوليه مي باشد و توانايي رقابت با شركت هاي ديگر نيز بسيار حائز اهميت است.احداث واحد در استان هايي نظير گيلان و گلستان و مازندران و زنجان و قزوين و خوزستان و فارس که از نقطه نظر راه هاي ارتباطي و امکانات شهرک هاي صنعتي و بعلاوه نزديکي به باغات زيتون و تهيه زيتون با حداقل هزينه حمل ونقل ، پيشنهاد مي شود .
